My father and brothers are golfers. I’ve never been interested in chasing a little white ball over a big, beautiful green lawn with a stick, trying to get the ball into a little hole far away. But, as a child, I did join them in watching the professional golfers on television make it look so easy. The one who comes to mind almost always is Arnold Palmer, golfing great, who—here comes the “tea tie-in”!—is said to have had a tea drink named after him. Easy to make (using equal parts iced tea and lemonade), it combines two summer drinks into one refresher, great for when you come off the tee (Sorry, you knew that was coming!).
